I heard he is suppose to be there at 8pm, but I am not positive. 8 is when I am going to check for him

8pm to 1am supposedly, though I looked gone 8pm and didn't see him at all... roll the clock back and try again I guess!

i found him a little after 8 and he kept saying he was busy and that i was being naughty by bothering him and he gave me no gift, then i lost him. this morning i got a present from him in my mailbox, it was balloon fight which i already had.
