What do you guys think about the DP guides?

Uh....they're good. Get them.

I've not put many many many hours into the section of the guide I'm responsible for to think that they are anything less than mildly decent.

Get your card out and order them!

Make sure you order the special, limited edition "Centipede" version which contains a cut-out hollow chamber where the pages normally are; in that space contains all the characters from that game: live spiders, fleas, scorpions, centipedes, and even mushrooms. (The ill-fated "Millipede" edition was a violation of U.S. Postal laws due to the DDT.)

What do I think of the Guide? I think it's the biggest piece of tripe and claptrap I have ever read, looking like it was written by third-grade LD/BD students on a cocktail napkin while riding a motorcycle. These so-called "DP staffers" couldn't write their way out of a wet paper bag. Avoid this book as if it were a Typhoid Velveteen Rabbit! It's bosh! Flimshaw!
