Finaly broke down and bought an Xbox.

So i Picked one up last sat, along with Halo 2 and by monday I was out picking up a router to go on line. Now any chance I get I fire that dam thing up to play a few rounds on live. So much fun.
Also what a hell of a long controller cord, 9' how nice.
So I see the Street fighter matches going on, When is the Halo 2 battles going on?

Or if anyone wants to play let me know.

(side note) who came up with the idea of the player levels? Im at level 7 and I suck, the only reason I made it to level seven was the people I was playing against sucked even worse, or some people would quit during the game putting me in better placing.

I love playing online. I find the challenge of real opponents keeps the game fresh and I never get bored of playing. I have not played the mission game (single player) hardly because i always go online and play a few rounds against real people

People quit alot and I have run into my fair share of cheaters too.

Still I lovei t, well worth the cost of the XBOX Live Subscription

I've had mine for about a month now... hardly had time to play it since I bought it, unfortunately. But with Spring Break busting out, starting this weekend my 'Box should be seeing a lot more online Halo 2.

I'm also an average Halo player. It felt like I was always gettin' screwed in close-up combat, until somebody told me to bump up the look sensitivity. That makes it so much better now--so try that if you die in one-on-one combat a lot. Head shots are a lot easier too.

The Halo weapons seem really unbalanced. There's only a couple weapons worth beans--the rest are worthless. It seems like every game turns into a race for the sword/shotgun/rocket launcher. In bigger levels, the sniper can get included in that list too.
