I did a search for this. I didn't come up with my result, But then i didn't look at every post.

Do you take your games on the road? Or do you fear your games being robbed?

My vote is Yes. I take my original 1989 Gameboy on the road now and then. But not my DS.. It would take a long time to replace it unless i sold a lot of my collection off.

Of course-I've brought my various game boys with me all over the place, and both the game gear and neo geo pocket have seen travel time, as well.

You bet I do. I mean...what's a handheld for if not that?

Yep. In fact, I look kinda awkward with a Game Gear in one pocket, and a GBA SP and/or Neo Geo Pocket Color in the other.

Game Gear in your pocket? Those are some big-ass pockets!

Yeh, my NGPC goes places. Always with Card Fighters, Turf Masters and Sam Sho 2. I brought it to CGE for some Card Fighters battles last year, but people either a) had no link cable or b) didn't play CFC. Dammit.

Yes..most of the time I do..

Usually a GBC.....
The latest I took with me was the DS....

To the Bowling alley I bring a Potable DVD player/2 X GBC and/or the DS.
Sometimes a Turbo Express or Nomad.

Hell ya! I commute nearly 3 hours per day to work, so my GBA and my DS are my good buddies. :D

My "purse" is in fact a CD player carry case. Since I now have an iPod, I used that carry case to stock many of my GBA games. Of course, the risk is to get that purse stolen or lost, but at least it allows me to change games at a whim.

My new purse has these square compartment's around the ouside of the bag. They also happen to be the exact same size as an SP. So When I just want something to do I can take the system with a single game inside easily. Any more then that and I carry around an oldl cloth gameboy case.

ANd obviously my answer to the poll was yes. >.>'

Although I mostly play my handhelds in bed.

Do I take protable games with me on a road trip? Yes.

Do I play the games while on the road? In most cases, sadly, no. In the past two years most of my road trips required my driving the whole way. By the time I would get to the motel it would be late and I would only have time to check in, unload the car and crash.

Next road trip, I plan to do less driving and more gaming.

Almost always travel with my GBASP and soon I'll be pimpin' a PSP but I also enjoy taking my Nomad (with av, power and extra controller) on weekend trips to the coast where I can hook it up to the big TV and play VR, Truxton, Sonic Spinball or whatever i'm into at the moment on my Genny. I've also taken my PS2 and Saturn on trips to the beach.

I also have a portable 10 inch 16:9 LCD DVD player that I take and can use with any console and AV. Ultimately I'd like to get this hooked into my wifes minivan so we can get some mobile console gaming going on for road trips.

I always travel with whatever my newest handheld is. The DS comes with me to work every day, I don't always play it on the way there, but I ususally play it on the way back.

Is that a Turbo Express with TV Tuner in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?
