How do I make my lists, I can't seem to get into that sectio

You know the collectors list that we can do on the website, the ones with the trade list and wanted list, etc, etc.

For some reason I can't seem to get into it, to put my list together. What the heck am I doing wrong?

Whenever I hit any of those buttons on top, nothing happens.
