2)when does K.K. appear, and what is the other song to request besides I Love You?

3)How many times does nooks store, and my house upgrade?

you can get other fruit by sending trash to your neighbors, sometimes they will send you back fruit then you can plant it.

KK Slider appears between 8pm-midnight every Saturday. There are 3 songs he'll only play if you request them, "Two Days Ago" is the name of another one, can't remember the third.

Nook's store can upgrade 3 times, the last time only happens after you've spent a certain amount of money there (125k bells I think) and someone from another village visits (using your memory card) and buys something at Nook's shop.

Your house can grow in size floor wise twice, plus have a basement and second floor put in...
