I found this when downloading Wire Robo (http://nepiaworld.com/menu/works/wr/) (another freeware Japanese PC game that recently surfaced on HOTU.) What's up with this?

It looks like a combination palm pilot/Gameboy.
I hope that's not *new* technology, because it looks like a piece of crap compared to a PSP.
