single sandard CD jewel case will be posted in the CD mailer cardboard pack from AusPost - around $13 to US/Canada and bit more for UK/Europe.
For double size CD jewel case, those fat PS1 case or Xbox/PS2/DVD case will be shipped in VHS/DVD mailer box pack that will cost bit more - around $16.50 to US/Canada.

Fatal Frame 2 is the factory sealed brand new JPN release.
I already sold the opened copy last time around.

for the demo it's the one only available during TGS before its release...

For Fantasy Online, it's CD calendar with picture disc sets.
It is not game soft but the omake not offered to the public..
