I was under the impression that fun Menacer/mouse shooter 'Bodycount' was only released as a Mega Drive game in Japan & Europe, and was never released in the US, but spotted this today while browsing at VGRebirth:

What's the score here - pre-release artwork or something? There's a UPC code listed aswell.

Definitely NOT released (though it was announced) in the US. Interesting artwork though!

Just double-checked, and there's no Japanese version either. A 'proper' European exclusive, then! :)

It was, however, a Sega Channel exclusive in the US.

How is the game in fact, as I never saw a real copy. I think it must be the hardest to find 1st party release for md.

It's pretty fun - probably the best of the 3 Menacer carts.
I've got a spare box/cart Euro copy at the moment - PM me if you'd be interested in it. ;)
