Pretty sure this is another scam email but here goes:

Just making sure this one is a scam or not.

It's a scam.

Any email saying that its from eBay or Paypal that asks you to click on a link is most likely a scam.

Here is a giveaway sign.

no.1 : intimidation - almost all these scam emails contain some threat such as "Ignoring this message will cause the suspension of your account" blah blah blah. Ebay don't generally bother to warn you, they will just suspend you :)

no.2 : $350 to reactivate?? Utter pap. Either you submit some details, wait a few weeks and they may reinstate you .. or you don't get reinstated. There's no way you can pay your way back in!!

Yeah I figured as much it was soon as I saw the $350. Figured pop it up here to make sure and warn others.

It's always a scam. eBay will never ask you to follow links in an email.
