That looks pretty cool, but if its creator was trying to fool anyone they did a bad job, since I doubt Sony will use the UMD as their next gen format, unless they can come up with one that holds as much as a DVD.

Looks too tall to me. It's taller than the width of a DVD, that makes it more than 5 inches. Screw that. Oh, never mind, that's a UMD drive.
Anyway, it still looks like the front of a 1980s home stereo amplifier.

I think I actually saw that projector advertised in a magazine once....
