Here are some pictures of my complete US Magnavox Odyssey 2 game collection. All 49 US release games are here. The first picture is the whole set, the second picture is the rares.

Pictures can be found here (http://home.ptd.net/~tholly/O2Collection.jpg) and here (http://home.ptd.net/~tholly/O2Rares.jpg).

I guess I should mention that all the games are complete in box (Cart, Instructions, Box) since you can't see them open or anything.

That's so beautiful it brought a tear to me eye. You've got boxes for stuff that I only have loose. Now you need the HOMEBREWS! LOL

I hope tynstar doesn't see that, his head will a splode. Last I heard, he's missing only a box and cart for Power Lords .

If you have Paypal, I think Packrat accepts that too.

He also visits the DP forums from time to time as well!

That's pretty awesome. I'm working on my set ATM, about 20 games done so far.

Nice! If I had a complete 02 set, I would undoubtedly get more enjoyment out of the box art than I would out of *most* of the games...

BTW, I didn't know Killer Bees was a rare game. Is that one a tough find or what?

yea, they are nice to look at

i think my favorite box art is P.T. Barnum's Acrobat

yea, killer bees was one of the last few games i needed...its a R4, but if it were up to me i might bump it up to a 5 and i would bump atlantis and demon attack upto a R6

Looks great! I'm only missing 7 games, but only about 12 of the games are complete or boxed.(I did have Atlantis and Demon Attack at one time - bought both for .50 each!)

The O2 collection looks great together. The artwork is some of the best of the era and the boxes all broadly match. I wonder how many people have complete boxed 02 collections (U.S. releases)? Who are the big overseas 02 collectors because those collections would be fun to view?

Take care.

Whoa, congrats! Everything looks like it's in great condition too!

My U.S. O2 collection is 99.9% complete... I'm only missing the manual for Power Lords. My Atlantis is shrinkwrapped. :D I also have all the U.S. homebrews, including Ralph Baer's Pinball. Only 30 copies were released at CGE 2000.

Probably the biggest overseas collector is Nico "Sap1" Sapin (http://perso.club-internet.fr/sap1/). His Videopac (and Vectrex) collection will have your jaw scraping the pavement.

Also, Bas Kornalijnslijper (http://www.bas-ditta.info/videopac/index.htm), the guy who found the Spider-Man prototype, has some amazing stuff.

If you're into O2 artwork, check out my interview with Ron Bradford (http://www.classicgaming.com/o2home/articles/bradford/index.shtml), the artist who designed all U.S. O2 boxes. Neat stuff!

Sweeeet.

I'm going to get one before you! :P

OK, not really. I did see one once in an online auction and didn't buy it because at the time it wasn't worth it to me for "just a box". Woe is me.

It was about 9:00 am at the flea market when we got there I think.

We were walking around and Lex went back to the game tent.

I was just walking down the row and I see a cardboard box from kinda far away.. maybe that video games maybe not... get a little closer, ahhh shit its O2 stuff its gonna be crap but at least they got boxes.

A little closer... no way.. No fuckin wayyy.. A complete Power Lords sitting on top of the pile. I act casual flip open the box... yep its in there.

Check out the other stuff almost everything is complete "except the O2 itself. How much for this old stuff I ask "Oh thats my dads I cant sell it till he gets back" the girls says. Frustrated I slide the box further under the table so it wont be seen by competition and turn around to wait for the guy to come back.. "Well... how about 20$?" I act like Im thinking about the decision... mmmm ya okay.

When I walk back there is a spring in my step.

Oh there was also a complete Turtles and Killer bees with the 26 or so boxed games.. but so what?

Nice! You talked about completing it for a while, happy to see you actually did it. It looks nice though. Get crackin on those homebrews.
