Welp, I received it the day after Xmas, and had some problems. At first, the linker would only be recognized (connected to USB) half the time. The other half it would say no linker found. So, I decided to try the LPT connection. With a power supply connected and the unit connected to the printer port it would find the unit, but no card! Then I decided to re-connect it via USB, and now the access light wouldn't even come on...and windows wouldn't even see a USB device connected! I got super aggravated and boxed it up, and emailed http://www.success-hk.com (where I purchased it) to ask about how to go about exchanging it. Well, no replies in email at all from them. I then decided to pull it out of the box and try yet again. Hooked it up USB, and it worked! Not only did it work, but it worked perfectly! No idea what had happened. I have zapped over some software, emulators, etc....and it is really great. Sometimes the linker still isn't found in the software, but all I have to do is unplug and re-plug the USB connection and load the software again to have it work. Not too bad. Maybe it's my system. Maybe it's Win2k. Who knows. I'm just happy the damn thing works. And while Success is great with shipping (ordered Friday, received it in NJ on Thursday...with the holiday mail mess mind you) , I wouldn't count on them for any kind of support...or exchange either. Basically ordering from them (or any of these types of companies) is a chance. But a chance I am really glad I took! Imagine 100 nes games to choose from, playing perfectly, on your new GBA! :)
