I just got a sega saturn recenty and I'm wondering if they're regional (games, system, etc.) Mine is an American one, so would it be able to play Japanese imports? Just wondering. There seem to be quite a few awesome saturn games that'd I'd like to have, but since I'm new to this saturn thing, I have no idea if I'd be able to play them. Thanks in advance.

Yes the are region locked.
Check the import section for carts that'll allow you to play all region games. Or, you can have a switch put in to select regions.

In addition to carts like the ST-Key, you can also add a region switch like you would with a Megadrive. It's a bit more of a hassle with a Saturn, though...
