This is my auction. The reserve is $100, and it is authentic. If anyone has any questions, please PM me.

Other stuff-

There's more than 30 promo items in that lot. Some stuff I don't think anyone will ever see or has seen before.

I also have unreleased footage of the Nitnendo 64 game Robotech from a thrift store from years ago in my auctions as well.

anagrama, that was before I found out how many were made and the region release. I paid a LOT more than $50 for a complete copy of this. You can ask suppafly about that. I also did not get this one cheap either. Since I have a boxed copy, I want to help someone with their SNES collection by ebaying this.

DreamTR is right. And BTW, I dont think any seller has to give out explanations about WHY hes charging more for an item. I could buy a game for a dollar today, find out its rare and sell it for 500. Thats called running a small business :hmm:

Can anyone give me a rating for this game in terms of rarity?

It has no rarity ATM because many people didnt think the game existed. It is now a CONFIRMED north american release...and it will have a rarity in the future (hopefully). IŽd vote to rate it at R9....

Is this a confirmed US release?

I thought it was a south of a boarder release only. I also was led to believe it wasn't that hard to find in Mexico.

Whats the deal with this one?

All my information points to that as well and since this game came from mexico too, it still isn't a confirmed US release. All the information still point to that it was a Mexico/South American release in NTSC format and that still is holding true. This was confirmed by Nathan (flukkake) as well and since he used to work for Nintendo, that's a pretty concrete source.

It is a NORTH AMERICAN release. please remember that north america is not only the US, but canada and mexico too. This game IS listed in official nintendo release lists. And I used to have a complete copy. It had a north american part number. The instructions and everything were in english 100% too...

Yes. Again, if there are question, Nintendo releases games in "regions", not the "United States" as we seem to be led to believe based on the collectors' guide. The official Nintendo website lists this game as a bonafide North American release. They only catalog games based on North American release dates. It was released in North America, has an ESRB rating, is as official as you can get. The instruction manual and back of the box even have US name, address, and old 708 phone number to call for Customer Support in IL.

Of course, you can collect what you want, but this game is an official Nintendo released product in North America. Whether you care if it was released in Mexico or Canada or whatever based on how the actual Digital Press guide reads only "US" releases, you have to understand that Nintendo released NTSC games as a WHOLE for North America. The "US" moniker was created from the Digital Press Guide, and should be overhauled to list those games as "North American" releases.

Regardless, this game is crazy rare, and you should check the "Master List" at www.nintendo.com under Super Nintendo Games. I doubt you'll see many of these EVER on eBay. Half.com I think has a picture of the box, but no one is selling one, I can not even recall when I ever see this game pop up.
