And CERTAINLY not in California. At least not where I live. You can't get a crappy old house here for $150k. Because of which I have to live in an apartmnt even though my g/f and I are both college educated. I'm moving to OK to buy a house and hang out with Flack.

yeah around here you need atleast 200,000 to move into anything above mediocre O_O .

$150,000 might buy you a shed, or perhaps a garage around here. And not an especially nice one at that.
In fact, you'd probably be better off with that script to line a cardboard box with :D
