It's the VGA adapter for the Xbox, and It's only 57 dollars BIN, which is a good deal. It's not my auction, but I recently bought one for quite a bit more, so I figured I would throw it here.
It comes with extra cables, too, which the new product does not.
(It's actually $70 CDN, but 57 US after converting...)
