My Ideal Game: DBZ Hyper Dimension Plus for DS

This keeps on bothering me every week. With the DS's games, I think that there needs to be one that just flat out makes you want to buy the game and system. One that really uses the system to it's full potential. That's why I always thought it would be neat if they did a conversion of this Super Famicom game. It would rock! :D

Picture this:

You're in a battle with Cell playing as goku. While fighting in mid air, he knocks you down with an attack, and BAM!, you're on the lower screen. :-P
From side to side would work exactly as it would in the original game.

Or how about this:

Team battles. 2 on 2, 3 on 3, or *gasp* 4 on 4 battles! X_x Through Wi-Fi!
And you'd better watch out: your teammates can get knocked into each other. Or work together Have Goku hold a character while piccolo blasts both of you! Or maybe other combinations!

Add in an expanded story mode and a few other options, and you got a Kick ass game!

Sounds great to me. I have not played the original, but I would love just about any 2D fighting game for the DS right now.

That does sound pretty good - and I love DBZ. But this also means that you need to have 3 friends who have a DS - this is the reason that Zelda 4 Swords for the cube didn't work out too well.

Then again, there are a LOAD of DBZ fans who might be able to give it a good run.

You should (like me) really look forward to the the Shonen Jump Super Stars fighting game, I think it's released in something like a month in Japan. Well worth to be imported.

Shonen Jump Superstars sounds interesting. I think that the american market should show a bit more of the japanese flavor in games.

Oh, and I think that if my game were designed I'd definitely have "Head Cha La", "We Gotta Power", and all the other japanese music thrown in. DBZ games have had more american dub influence than should be allowed at times.

If there were some computer mode in there to enable like a 2 on 2 battle or something In it with only 3 people playing, I'd think that would be cool. other modes like 2 on 1, 3 on 1, etc. Would be cool too.
