I searched for a similar topic, but I didn't run into very much discussion on these things (sorry if it is a dupe). Are these things just plastic that slips onto the disc? I'm thinking about putting them on some of my more valuable/played game discs and I'm just wondering what everyone's experience with these are. Do some machines have trouble reading the disc with these on? Good? Bad? Worthless? Thanks! :)

Personally, I don't think I would use these in any CD based console that is relatively valuable. It could throw the lens out of whack or something. Like how people put sticker lables on blank CD-R's and it throws of the weight of the disk as it spins around.

I bought some of these @ GameStop and placed them on some of my harder to find CD games for the Neo Geo, PC Engine and Saturn. ALl 3 systems have played the games just fine on multiple occassions. I'm not sure if I'll buy anymore...but the ones I have work fine.
