I know who it is. It's just that is a good joke and a great example of what it's like to deal with Sony's customer support. It doesn't have to actually be labled as Sony for it to be true and if it was someone would be liable to get sued over it. This is the general message people are recieving who try and return their broken PSPs. And this is a funny representation of that message. I thought everyne would enjoy a good laugh over it.

Actually, the guys at Penny Arcade have tried to get sued before. But yeah, I get ya. And I read that comic yesterday too 8-)

Yeah, but they back down from real lawsuits, like the one from American Greetings.
