Guy Game getting pulled??

has anybody heard any news about "The Guy Game" for PS2 getting pulled off store shelves. I heard that onw of the girls in the game was only 17 so she is sueing and the game is getting pulled.
If this is true any idea on how rare the game will be? After Kakuto Chojin got pulled for the X-Box you couldn't find it anywhere and used one online went for $80.00.
Has anybody bought it hopeing it will get pulled and then become a collectors item?

if this is true, and she is only 17, i fail to see how she has a viable lawsuit, she was the one who lied about her age. how can you not know that some guys are taking video of you topless to use in a game???
