Who here doesn't love bowling? There's no unions, no steriods, no fighting managers! Baseball, football, hockey, even soccer suck compared to bowling!!

Well actually there is some controversy in the world of bowling right now. There is no separation between men's & women's pro bowling anymore, and most people don't think that's fair, because men's scores typically exceed women's scores by a large margin, which will make it alot harder for women to win tournaments, unless they implement handicapping to compensate. And worse yet, this only happened because the women aren't getting the same amount of sponsorship that the men get, so they couldn't afford to keep their league afloat as a separate entity anymore. It's pretty sad really. Imagine if the WNBA had to play against the NBA, this is the same thing. So there should be a better solution than just combining the two pro leagues.

I like bowling in real life, but bowling video games have always sucked. I'd like to see a 3-D bowling game with good graphics, that doesn't look like one of those cheaply made business sim games you find in Walmart for $19.99 from Activision's Value Line or whatever.

I'd like to see Bowling Alley Sim. You'd have two options.. to build and manage a bowling alley or to bowl.

If you chose to bowl you wouldn't be limited to the standard bowling video game choices: ie.. you get up and throw ball. You'd be in a 3-D world sitting at the table with your teammates. You could get up and walk around if you wanted. You could goto the bathroom, get drinks or food or beer at the bar. You could go drop 50 cents in that crane game that gives you a little stuffed animal. You could go enter the 50/50 pool. You could enter other pools people may have going on. You could play that touch screen video game they usually have in bowling alleys from Merit. You could browse the pro shop and buy stuff.

If you get up while your teammates are bowling and you take too long someone will come find you and say hey it's your turn get back here.

If you chose to build/manage then you control everything from the design and location, etc. You'd be able to add-on stuff: arcade, bar, additional alleys, food, vending machines, pro shop, lockers, etc. You can also choose the layout and size, carpet colors, etc. You'd also be able to set prices, say what food is on the menu and how much salt and sugar goes in it like you did in Rollercoaster Tycoon.

... but this can't be like Sim Golf. I don't want some stupid 2-D graphics and not real golfing. I want 3-D and real bowling.

Oh, I forgot, us women are supposed to be soft and gentle and not at all into sports... (btw, basketball was originally created as a women's sports.) :/
