I recently took over the Atari-8 list here at Digital Press and am trying to gather some carts - both for research and my collection :) If anyone has some of these carts available for trade or sale, drop me a PM and let me know what you are looking for. I'm also looking for a ton of utility carts and some of the rarer stuff but cash/trade stuff is tight right now so doubt I could afford a rarity 9.

One of the things I'm planning is to archive a lot of the carts that have not been archived. Most are available for play through disk images but I'm trying to get original cart code archived. Not sure of a place I can make them available for download when it is done but I am working on it. Thanks,
AlanD

Hey

I was thinking about unloading a Star Raiders, Missile Command, and Space Invaders I have that are all in the big original boxes. They are complete and unused but really beat up.

Would you be interested in these?

Appreciate the offer but have those already. The list up top for Atari is pretty much every Atari brand title I need. Thanks anyway

Edited just to add that if anyone else is interested in Atari computer carts your first two are some of the best games from Atari on the computer in my opinion. Space Invaders is also an excellent port but not a game I'm really fond of at all.

These 8 1/2 inch by 11 inch boxes seem like they are so easy to crush. And you are right about the Star Raiders in particular. It was a milestone in the 8 bit world. I remember looking at the ads for this originally and thinking how far beyond my reach the $399.00 for the Atari 400 was...

Good luck. I have a bunch of the other carts you are looking for but no spares.
