Anyone know anything about this? I've read little bits about it, like small quantity and such. And a friend of mine is willing to part with his for $70 and was wondering wether i should snatch it up?

Ya, I've got one of these, it's decently rare, but they pop up on ebay quite a bit, I got mine for 50$ a while back, so 70$ doesn't seem to bad to me, you may be able to talk him down a bit too using these:

As far as I know it was distrubuted by the Japanese Famitsu Magazine, I'm not sure what the production run was on them, but I'd guess it'd be quite a bit higher than the much rarer and more expensive Famitsu Skeleton GBL (which had 5000 units).
