I Am Selling Off Part Of My Collection And Thought I Could Show You Guys (And Gals, LOL) The Auctions! Now All Of The Games Are Brand New, But They Are Not Sealed Because I Bought A Whole Bunch Of Sealed Games, Then Ripped The Seals Off, And Then Never Played The Games, So They Are All Brand New, But Not Sealed, Except For Some!!! I Will Be Putting Up Tons More Throughout The Week! Thanks!!

if it is "Brand New, Never Been Played With Or Opened, Brand New" as stated but it doesn't have shrink wrap then these are a scam in my book.. just because you told us that they are not shrinkwrapped but implying that they are in the auctions is shady for the poor people who win thinking they will be shrinkwrapped.

I am sorry if you think that, but no where in the auction is there a post that says, "Sealed." So, it is not my fault if they think it is sealed. I am not trying to scam anyone, I am just trying to state what condition they are in! Thanks!!!

that condition is MIB then, not brand new, never opened.

yea, once the shrink wrap is off you definitely can't call it new.

Oh, so should I go back to all of my auctions and add not sealed, because it might take a while!!!! but technically they are new, if the seal is off, and i have never played them

do what you want man, but you will get some negative feedback with all those NES games, because people will look at your feedback and see that many of those games were purchased as shrinkwrapped less then 3 months ago thus assuming they still will be and stuff..

Actually yes, you should go threw all of your auctions and add the reason why they are "new" but not shrinkwrapped..
