PunchOut!! Micro vs System (Game & Watch) ?

I just won this ebay auction for a PunchOut!! Micro vs System (Game & Watch):

However, I don't see any list for it in the Rarity Guide?

Google search didn't turn up much...but a few claim that this is the same game as Boxing...though the pics don't look the same to me. Any info on this?

I checked www.gameandwatch.com and it is the same as Boxing, except for the Punch-Out!! logo where the game normally says "Boxing". Obviously a variant, but I didn't find any information about rarity differences/distribution differences.

Got the game today...here's some more info:

Model Number: BX-301
(c) Nintendo 1984
Made in Japan

I also have the manual with it and on the back it says Nintendo of America.

It has the same model number and date of Boxing. Anyone know why the name change or the rarity?

I asked to an expert argentinan G&W collector and he told me..."Man!!!, this is very expensive and rare" (almost here in Argentina :P )
