yep, that's been going on for quite some time now, and unfortunately it's legal. Deceitful, but legal.
Don't think he is a asshole, the people that are buying that are just stupid and deserve it!

remeber ebay is international, I buy a lot of international stuff, and have to interpret the best I can, thankfully they all seem to have been more honest than he.

Some people just don't have the brains that they were born with. Why bid on a picture of a Sony PSP when the seller already provided one for free in the auction listing
BTW, the seller deserves to have his account pulled but at the same time whoever bids on this gets what they deserve.

I wouldn't worry all that much people. I mean, look at everyones who's bidding so far feedback, it's Mostly just a bunch of 0's and 1's. Nobody ever going to buy into that sort of crap again IMO. Hell, the only guy with an credible feedback at all has two "non paying bidder" notices against him.
