We allready know many kids and other folks have increased their dialy exercise and even lost weight by playing DDR-type games. Articles and personal experiences have allready been posted here.

Ha ha, I can just see it now. The insurance agent/meter maid will start checking your DDR workout mode data file monthly to adjust premiums.

Thats really awesome. I know DDR has helped me drop a few pounds, and thats a cool way to tell people that its freaking awesome, and has health benefits.

you could burn those 1000 calories in but an hour with the controller. too bad that wasn't in real life, cuz i'd be rail thin then.
