ebay selling questions

i am going to create an ebay selling account soon, i have a question about the fees that they take out of your bank account. do they take a certain amount out each month just for having the account even if you don't sell anything that month, or do you only have to pay fees for listing items and then a little fraction of the money that your items sell for?

They do not charge you for doing nothing. Only for putting up auctions, and for a little bit of your profits! Buying is free!!! Ebay is great, have fun!!!
