Right now we ship only to the US and Canada from the site.

If you are interested in any of the products you can feel free to PM me here and I will compute the shipping internationally and payment can be finalized via PayPal.

International shipping outside of North America, is substantially higher, so at this point the free shipping offer is ONLY for US and Canada. But for our friends outside of N.A., we don't want you to be left out! We would include 2 free issues of Video Game Collector Magazine for orders placed during the month of April. The issues would be Issue #1 and #2 (#3 is not available yet.) They retail for $5.99 so figure your getting a $12 deal for free.

I've tried to play an order a couple times at your site, but I cannot get past the "Shipping Method" screen, as it won't give me the option to pick.

It says:

Sometimes the checkout process on the site can be tricky, we do this in order to avoid bogus charges, but it affects our good customers too!

I was scoping the Genny section. Are the games complete or loose?

We have both complete and loose Genesis games. We try to offer a selection between the two depending on the different needs of the collectors or gamers that visit the site.

When viewing any of the items, just check out on the top left of the item details, it will display whether or not it comes with box, manual, both or none. (and it shows the condition, Good, Excellent or New in Box -NIB.)

Additionally, if you have the game and are looking for the manuals, we do stock a wide assortment of just manuals. Haven't gotten into stocking just boxes, but it could be a consideration if we get enough interest!

Keep the questions coming, we want this to be a site you want to use, feel safe using and that you know will have the items you most look for and the quality that you expect!
