THIS IS AN AUCTION FOR A SONY PLAYSTATION GAME CALLED "STAR OCEAN THE SECOND STORY" WHICH IS COMPLETE. YOU WILL RECEIVE: THE ORIGINAL BOX COVER, THE ORIGINAL INSTRUCTION MANUAL, AND THE GAME DISC IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION.

Does she mean its in the original caseor its just the original cover(paper)?

Hmm...sounds to me like it might be missing the back insert, though the auction sounds pretty confusing....I'd try to find a different auction if possible.

Easy solution: just ask the seller. Not everyone is into gaming and knows the proper terms for the various parts of a game's packaging. I encounter confusing auctions like that all the time, so I just send a question to the seller. In this situation, you should specifically ask if the game comes with its original case with the original paper inserts in both the front and back.
