Opinions on Expendable for Dreamcast

Its a contra clone. Top down view....Not bad. I´d buy it if it was cheap!!!

I'll support the above position. Buy it if it's cheap. I have it for PC, and it has managed to keep my attention, but it's nothing special.

It was one of the first games I got for my DC, but it was way to hard to see what was going on, and this was on a 32" tv with s-video inputs. It's a fine way to round out a complete collection, but don't go out of your way for it.

It's got true oldschool feel, but it is a fun game--lots of action and weapon upgrades, explosions etc. There are nice cheats for it also if you are into those sorts of things. Overall, a fun game tho, get it. :D

I consider it a poor mans Cannon Spike. My biggest complaint with the game us its too hard to hit enemies without getting hit.

Expendable DC is a very kool Contra clone. Its basically what Contra SHOULD have been on PSone but with DC caliber graphics smooth with nice explosions particle effects etc.
I picked up a copy for $5.00 and was surprised at how much I enjoyed the game.
Its not easy to find so I would suggest picking it up.

I too plan on getting this game in the next couple days. Have always wanted it. Didn't know how good it was though or what it was about til now.
