These fairly rare books now on ebay for a scant $10 each.

Considering that the Fami-complete book recently went for $168 it might be a good idea to pick these gems up as they IMO are far better than Fami-complete.

But does that include every Sega home console & game from the SG1000 to the Dreamcast (2700+ items in all)?

I think not ;)

The photos and screen-shots in both books are absolutely incredible!!! It blows High Score out of the water IMHO.

I have a special fondness for the consumer one in particular. I sit and drool over the limited edition dreamcast photos every now and then. It has photos of all limited edition Sega consoles. From the boom-box Sega MD CD combo to the Divers Dreamcast.

The checklist towards the end listing all the games released on Sega formats is massive and sadly all in Japanese. I wonder if someone has done a translation..........

I thought about picking both of those books up from an eBay seller a while back, but they were $25-$30 each, and I didn't think I could justify spending that much dough on some books. They look really cool, however.

Is the arcade one rarer than the consumer one??

the consumer one which IMHO is far better than the arcade one is only at $10 while the arcade one is pushing $50???

Well I wanted them both but since I just bought some porn I decided to pass on the consumer book. That arcade book just kept calling my name and I couldn't let it go to someone who would not cherish it. I'll put it on the shelf in between the 2 DP guides. Thanks for the heads up on the book too.
