Is there anyway to extract Sega CD Videos like you can with Playstation Video?

This isnt as easy as it seems because many developers used different video codecs. However I *think* theres a viewer for one kind of those codecs...I think I saw it for download at "sega xtreme" (just make a web search for their site)
