Same here, waited 10 hours overnight in front of the Target I managed in at the time. Really didn't have to wait that long but my friends and myself had such a blast on PS2 launch night we figured we'd do it again. Just off hand which games did you pick up at launch? I'm guessing Super Monkey Ball and Rogue Leader: Rogue Squadron II.

My memory's a little rusty for the GCN launch, because I remember games like SSBM coming out a few weeks after launch. I know that I got Pikmin, Luigi's Mansion, Tony Hawk 3, Monkey Ball, and SSBM around the launch time.
