Just got a psp..

Dunno if this will get locked down or not, but here's what I'm playing on mine right now.

Mercury. Very much like Super Monkey Ball and to a lesser degree Marble Madness. I sat down to try the first level and ended up finishing the first world. I see this one being really addictive.

Untold Legends - Hack and slash, pretty much identical to Champions of Norrath. Great game!

Ridge Racer - It's ridge racer, what more needs to be said. Great graphics and very fun!

Wipeout Pure - Again, if you like wipeout, you'll like this.

Luminous - Every PSP owner needs this game! Highly addictive puzzle game with great music.

Metal Gear Acid - I haven't spent too much time with this one, but what I have played I've enjoyed. Takes the Metal Gear series into more strategy based. Very cool.

Dynasty Warriors - The jury is still out on this one. I haven't played it enough to know if I like it or not yet.

Twisted Metal - Also a great version of the series. If you liked TM 2, you'll like this.

That's all the games I have so far. Not a loser in the bunch! I don't think you can go wrong with any of the games out so far!

I played most of the psp games and the only one I even remotely liked was Lumines , the other games are decent but nothing out of the ordinary.

If you want original games, get the ones I got -- Untold Legends, Meta Gear Acid, and Lumines. GREAT fun with all three. I just did'nt want any rehashes or sports games, but your tastes may differ.

But I'm using my PSP more these days to play video and auido clips. ;)

If there weren't any games out for it that you liked why did you buy a PSP in the first place? That's an awful lot of money to spend on something that isn't to your pleasing.

If you like Tony Hawk, get the PSP version. The translation is pretty spot on. Or, wait for some games that you like to come out, and use the money you have now to buy a bigger memory stick for movies.

Well I bought it for mp3/video player. And for "future" better games.

Lumines, only game currently worth owning on the PSP.

Not very impressed with PSP on the gaming side. Nothing really lights my fire.

Im pretty much repeating the same thing as everyone else said, but hey its another vote.

Lumines- If you like puzzle games, this game is fun. Im somewhat of a puzzle guy, and I enjoy it but to be honest I would say its overrated. Worth a pick up though.

Ape Escape- I love this game, didnt play the original though.

Twisted Metal- Controls suck soooo bad. If you can ignore controls, the online is cool.

I have heard nothing but good about Untold Legends also, yet to play it though.

I really, REALLY reccomend Ridge Racer. Very addictive and fun game, and the graphics aren't so bad either. :D

Lumines and Ridge Racer have spent the most time in my PSP. I also really like Dark Stalkers.
