N64 PAL Rarity List

Ok, I'm very close to completing the N64 Pal rarity list, (apart from a few part #/copyrights/age ratings) but what I want to know is if any of these games were ever released in Europe:

All-Star Baseball '98
Madden NFL 2000
Nascar 2000
NBA Showtime: NBA On NBC
Tiger Woods Golf
WCW Backstage Assault

Once done I will start to do the console & accessories too! :)

I'm also having my doubts if these games exist in PAL format too, I can't find them anywhere:

Asteroids Hyper 64
Battlezone: Rise of the Black Dogs
NFL Blitz

Any help here would be good :), I can then either keep them on or remove them off the database.
