I was just curious if any of youse guys/girls knew of any stores or webpages where one could buy game related shirts and the like. And just to make it clear I know Hot Topic has shirts and stuff but I'm looking for stuff other then what they sell. Most likely the store Gadzooks sell the same stuff. The stuff I tend to see is only Nintendo related and I would like to get other stuff than that. So please help another gamer out with his wardobe of collectables!!

I guess you could try searching around the Intraweb for some game-related clothing.

What specifically are you looking for, besides gaming shirts without Nintendo?

eBay! eBay! eBay!

Did a quick search for *arcade shirt*:

Everybody knows, the black DP shirt

is the best gaming shirt - of all time!

But a true gamer plays naked...

You could always do the "hardcore" thing and design your own shirts, then have them printed for you. That's what I plan to do for CGE -- nobody in their right mind would sell Sachen shirts. ;)

...well, maybe TheRedEye.

You could try Gameskins (http://www.gameskins.com) which are also sold at Lik-Sang (http://www.lik-sang.com/list.php?nav=over&category=130&lsaid=213303) too.

There's also Joystick Junkies (http://www.joystickjunkies.com/site/) but I've not bought from them before.

Gotta agree.

For gaming shirts I have the DP shirt (of course!), along with the Mega Man shirt from preordering MM Anniversary Collection last year, and a RE4 promo shirt I grabbed from work.

Well my Hot Topic has Sonic stuff, so maybe you're into that.

Really? I thought it was witty and infomative. :P

http://www.cracksmokingshirts.com used to sell game shirts, and I think still do, but I can't manage to find them.

QUESTION TWO:
where can I get gaming related shirts without blowing a fortune?
Sorry, but $15 for a shirt is way too frigging much IMO.
Then again, I was raised as a goodwill shopper......$3 for a shirt is too much.....
But seriously, why the hell are all the game related shirts I generally run across, generally $15-20? I'd go $10 no problem......ridiculous, i say!

I don't think I see plain shirts for $10... but I don't clothes shop often.

Good luck finding decent printed shirts for under $15.

Damn t-shirts at Joystick Junkies are crazy expensive - almost $40 for one? No thanks!

I've shopped at GameSkins and love my Shoryuken shirt :)

i found an atari shirt at TJ maxx, and i got a MA:GitS shirt on ebay. also i have a robotech: battlecry shirt from the special edition pack, and like 3 of those nintendo ones from JCpenney. i should look in hot topic sometime though.
(i only wear videogame related shirts, that's how obsessed i am. i'm making my own 'all your base' shirt with cats on it for a school screen printing workshop)
edit: oh yeah, i don't like the gameskins shirts, they're way too generic. www.80stees.com has some good ones though.

I absolutely love this game, best part about Donkey Kong 64 in my opinion.

I don't know what games you are playing,

who you're playing them with,

and who is around while you're playing them,

but not only do *real gamers* play naked,

they don't even own any clothes.

They scotch tape old cart boxes together,

of which they own doubles and triples,

to fashion whatever is needed to cover their body

in order to get to the next trade show.

Target is by far the best place to get shirts, although their selection is not that good, their prices are the best. 80stees.com is a great place, I had to second both of these places. If you really want great game shirts, hit all the game stores and if you are lucky, you can usually weasel yourself a shirt or two that way. Good luck!

Well, let me put it like this: I mostly play games around my girlfriend...and if we both played games nekkid i can assure you that in that situation we would not be playing video games :)

My Gamestop has NES Belt buckles, wristbands, buttons, and other accessories on the counter on a spinny rack! they seemed cheap, all under like 5-10 bucks

I have a wide collection of gameskins stuff. From the CODE hoodie to the Atari Joystick baseball cap. I saw them at the San Diego Comic Con the first year they were in existence and bought nearly everything they had. Joystick Junkies is outta hand, they're too cool for schoo, 37.50 for a tshirt is a sin. I still have the FF7 shirt I got at it's release, it's one of my faves.

80stees.com is indeed a good place, but the beef I have with that website is that many of the t-shirts are in junior sizes only, especially on the girl side. I'm sorry, but I didn't know that being skinny was a prerequisite to want a Jem and the Holograms t-shirt. :/

Anyway, fortunately, it's less of a problem with the videogame tees.
