Hello. I listen to the High Voltage SID Collection in my spare time/at work. They rip tunes from Commodore64 games, store them as *.sid files, and then you can play them back on your PC or MAC. Is there a similar collection for the Nintendo consoles?

It depends.Who knows how many songs they are for all the systems that you were talking about.

I guess the answer is "no" then? Disappointing. :-(

Thanks. I added it to my bookmarks. But I was actually looking for ORIGINAL music.

Do you mean .nsf (NES) or .spc (SNES) sound files? People have ripped the music from the games and you can play them in WInamp if you get the pilugin for them. Or you could use Meridian. It plays those formats plus .gym (Genesis) .gbs (Gameboy) and some others.
