Just beat Suikoden I which game next?

Should I move straight into Suikoden II or play something else?

Well you've got some good games there, but I would say move onto part 2. That way everything will be familiar to you...you'll get move out of the experience that way IMO.

OMG that's a hard list.... awesome games all with the exception of Arc, which I thought was average at best... first game's only like 7 hours long.

Were it me I'd play them in this order:

Suikoden II
Tales of Destiny II
Lunar
Koudelka
Shadow Hearts: Covenant (I assume you've play SH1?)
(arc if necessary :P)

To avoid a Suikoden overload I'd go with Lunar or maybe Arc The Lad both are great RPG'S. Then after that hit Suikoden 2 which will consume you.

Go for Lunar Silver Star Story, that's a great game and it's really something almost completely different from Suikoden. Give that one a shot, you'll like it, then after you complete that one, go back to Suikoden II. It would suck if you got halfway into Suikoden II and realized you're tired of playing Suikoden. LOL

Seeing as how Suikoden is my favorite game series of all time I would say for sure move on to 2. It is an outstanding game. I personally like 1 more than 2 because it was the first one I played but I personally think that the story is a little more emotional than 2 is. Just me, though. But, 2 has WAY more to do than 1 has. But yeah, if you enjoyed Suikoden 1 much then move on to Suikoden 2.

Hmm... an overwhelming amount of you say Suikoden II, so I probably will listen to you guys. I probably wont start playing it for a while though, because I have some tests in the next week, a paper due 2 weeks from now, then finals a week after that. Its going to be one busy month for me... AND IT SUCKS! :( I cant wait until summer!

You should definitely play Lunar next. Great game with a superb storyline, soundtrack, and great voice acting. Nobody's better than John Truitt, the voice of Ghaleon. And you'll absolutely enjoy the cut scenes. So if you're looking to play a great RPG, Lunar is the way to go.

I voted for Lunar: SSS. Awesome game with an amazing story. I think that now that you've decided to play lunar, you should sell me Suikoden II for right around $5 or $6.

I also recommend Suikoden II. If you have a copy, you ought to play it. Especially if you've finished up the first.

I'd also have to agree with the sense of familiarity from the first one, plus noticing the vast improvments. It's enjoyable.
