xbox proto value?

i have the oportunity to buy this:
oddworldproto.jpg
not sure if that pic with work(i can never get it right), but its an xbox proto of oddworld abe's oddyssey. its on an official disc that says "confidential do not duplicate" on the left, "xbox" at the top, and "oddworld" at the bottom. what is the most that i should pay for it? i've never seen an xbox proto for sale before, how much do they usually cost?

I have heard that there are quite a few of those floating around. I think they were in a lot of the early demo units. I wouldn't pay too much for it myself. In the $30- $40 range in my opinion.
