Definitely a long time since I have spoken to you. Real life rears its ugly head with work and I'm travelling quite a bit. Hopefully things settle down on that front and the wife and I have more time to do things we need to do around the house.

Anyway it did not take long for 2 more sale posts to show up so off they all go to the Buy/Sell forum.
