For all you Seattle folks out there still smarting from the loss of Hi-Score arcade, there's a new one called "Playtime" located on Capitol Hill right at the corner of Pike and 10th Ave. (directly across the "Comet Tavern" which is located at 922 E Pike). I just checked it out today and they had a pretty good selection:

Centipede
Tempest (sound was either broken or extremely muted)
Pacman (fast)
MsPacman (fast)
Moon Patrol
Frogger
Joust
Defender
Robotron (mini)
Asteroids (nice monitor... you really see what you're missing when using Mame ;-P)

Crystal Castles (cocktail)
Missile Command (cocktail)
and one other cocktail I forget...
Also they had a couple of EM pinballs, some modern games like Gauntlet: Dark Legacy, etc. And some pins such as Medieval Madness. Another bonus is you can order food. Overall pretty good! Check it out if you're in the area :-)
