NES appraisal help: Sealed copy of Tetris

I need help with a NES appraisal. Someone is offering me a brand new sealed nintendo tetris for NES

I dont want to say how much hes asking, I´d like to hear first how much you think is the real price for this game?

It really isn't worth all that much. I bought a sealed copy of Tetris off Ebay a couple years ago for $10. I would think it would be worth around $15-20 now (at the most).
