Saw it at a local video store on sale for $5...it was Pilotwings 64, but in a different style box (japanese style I presume) with Japanese on the box...

worth anything?

Not likely, it was seriously mass produced. You might be able to pawn it of on some unsuspecting tool and tell him its a rare copy or some crap, but that would make you a shitty person.
