Wanted: AV Cable for Genesis (8 pin/din) or..

This AV Cable needs 8 pins, a majority of AV Cables made like this have 5 pins only.

Where can I find one with 8 pins in it?

I remember that Commodore, Amiga, and Neo Geo systems had a similar AV Cable

What do I need to do in order to get an RGB cable to convert into an AV Cable like signal for my NTSC TV?

See, I have a PAL modded system with the Hz and region switches, and it's giving me a black and white signal.

So I'm pretty much thinking I need something to either convert that signal PAL to NTSC.

Yet someone told me an 8 pin AV Cable would do the trick for a model 1 Genesis/Megadrive
