Yeah it looks cool but not $400 cool. Lucky for me I already have my PSP. I doubt I'll be buying this though, I'll invest in Namco Museum instead. (Unless this Space Invaders is a part of a bundle...then I'll consider it further upon viewing the bundle)

I think it's going to be by itself, with many different versions of Space Invader in one package.

It still cannot escape the claws of retro gaming...

No hardware on this planet has been able to pass up something from the classic styles of Namco, Konami, Atari, Taito, Sega, Nintendo, Midway, Mattel, Capcom, etc. etc.

Right now, I wanna see a ColecoVision Collection right about now...

I think I own Space Invaders on every platform it has ever been created on, and I still can't get enough. Good to see some of the more modern SI titles in this compilation but I'd really like to see Space Invaders 95 (aka Akkinvader) on one of these someday soon.

Damn cool. As with Mr Bouncy Face (above post), I've always loved Space Invaders, on all platforms - or at least the ones I own. however, I don't have a PSP at this time... :hmm:

This will be one more thing that pushes me towards getting a PSP down the line, when the price drops on the unit ;)

Until then, it's GBA Space Invaders for me! :D

And for that matter so is Return of the Invaders which I've never seen on any home platform.

I'm all over this puppy too. Last Space Invaders I bought was the ps2 version with the special cocktail joystick holder. I friggin LOVE it. Space Invaders is my one original true videogame love. :love:

Oh the joy that is the PSP! My favorite Space Invaders game is the one for the N64 - my girlfriend loves playing that in two player co-op mode!

It's probably as much a case of being able to churn out another game for launch time (or thereabouts) in next to no time and at the same time help market the PSP at another range of consumers.

I'm certainly not buying a PSP just for this. And I probably wouldn't buy it brand new even if I had a PSP. I've learnt my lesson with handhelds.

Well I am lucky that Space Invaders Revolution is coming out for DS soon because I dont have/want a PSP 8-)
