Sorry, I don't have too many of those Mario's left and I want to sell the rest as a package with games or systems. Here's one I have up with SMW+SM All-Stars.

The instruction I have for Contra 3 have a black and white cover and because of that I'm getting questions on eBay asking if they're photocopies. They're not, they're original. I'm wondering do you guys know if the colored or black and white instructions where released first? Did they release the black and white ones to save money?

As I understand it, Majesco re-released several popular SNES titles toward it's life with cheaper boxes and black and white manuals instead of the original color ones that were used. Several Konami games including Contra III were including. Check the fine print on your box/manual and you'll probaly see Majesco somewhere.

SoulBlazer is correct. I know because I bought a couple Majesco re-releases a few years back and Contra 3 was one of them. The genesis 3 was also a Majesco release.

Thanks, much appreciated, it does say Majesco Sales, Inc. on the back of the box. I'll say in the auction that it is a later release with the black and white instructions so hopefully I won't get anymore emails saying I'm a jerk because I photocopied them. :)

Yeah, not many people know about the re-releases. Kudos for you updating your auction to say that. The Majesco re-releases just don't command as much worth as the original ones do.
