At Gamespot's website, they are giving out 3,000 free demo disks of the game God of War for answering 4 questions (regardless if you get them right/wrong). I'm unsure how long this has been up at there site, but it's worth a good shot to see if you get it! Good luck!

Sweet.

I wonder how the system works (ie: Are the 3,000 peeps who recieve the Demo the same people who were allowed to send in the questions, or did they just get so many applications in that they stopped it.)

Oh well, that would rock.

Well, I got mine in the mail today. I had completely forgot about it. I almost threw it out by accident. It came in a small yellow slightly padded envelope, with a label marked "CNET Networks." I thought it was just another one of those free internet discs that I get in the mail all the time from AOL, Earthlink, Netzero, etc.

Seeing that I now have the full game, I am not sure if I should just hang on to it, or give it away.

How long is the demo? I have a demo from the Playstation magazine that goes all of the way to the giant Hydra.

Not sure. I haven't opened it and played it. The cover says "The Hydra Battle" and the back states:

Your adventure begins here, with the Hydra, a foul creature that has terrorized the Aegean Sea for centuries. Bring down this beast to gain entrance into Athens and move closer to your one calling: the death of Ares.

It also includes a God of War teaser, "making of" video and Director Commentary. On second thought, I just may keep it.
