Naa, that's a good deal since of all the promo pre-order stuff released in the USA that's one of the better items. You got that if you preordered Lunar 2: Eternal Blue Complete for the original PlayStation and I remember most stores having more preorders than punching puppets.
For $5~$20 I'd say you still would do pretty good. :)
